Our Surf Club
The club supplies patrols of life savers on weekends and public holidays during the summer months and is known as one of the smaller and friendlier clubs in the area.
It offers a range of training and amenities to its members including a good social side, both senior and junior clubs organize a range of social functions throughout the year, including regular family barbeques, band nights, quiz nights and movies.

Life Saving
The club operates inshore rescue boats as well as the more traditional board and tube rescue equipment.
Surf Sports
Coledale has a long tradition of surf sports, with members having achieved good results at all levels up to and including National and World Championship titles.
Junior Surf Life Saving (Nippers)
The junior club is thriving with a great team of managers, coaches and parent helpers, not forgetting the 200 + enthusiastic youngsters from aged 5 to 15.

Patrolling Members
Active (13-15 years Patrolling) – $30 Patrolling you member aged between 13 and 15 years (must hold an award or be enrolled for training))
Active (15-18 years Patrolling) – $25 Patrolling youth member aged between 15 and 18 Years old (Must have award or be enrolled for training)
Active (18+ years Patrolling) – $40 Patrolling adult member aged 18 years and above
You will need to fill out a membership form online at Surf Lifesaving Australia and possibly a working with children declaration. This is managed via Service NSW, click here to apply for this online.
Training is provided for the baseline awards (Surf Rescue Certificate or Bronze Medallion) for you to be able to start patrolling. For those interested, we also provide training for more advanced awards such as Advanced Resuscitation Techniques Certificate or IRB driver/crew once some experience is gained.
Basic uniforms (shorts, shirt, skull caps) are provided to patrolling members.
Other Members
Associate Member – $50 Non active member who wishes to maintain membership status.
General Member – $50 Non Active Junior club parent/carer.
Active (18+ years Reserve member) – $40 Reserve membership category must be approved by the Board each season. For member 18 years and older.
Junior/Nippers Members 5-14 years
Cuttlefish Family (1 Adult + 1 Child) – $95 Junior Activity Member enrolled in Cuttlefish and One mandatory Parent enrolment.
Cuttlefish Family (1 Adult + 2 Children) – $140 Junior Activity Member enrolled in Cuttlefish and One mandatory Parent enrolment.
Cuttlefish Child (5-13 years additional child) = $45 used for adding an additional child below family cap of $185. Junior Activity Member enrolled in Cuttlefish
For parents with two or more children the membership price for the season has been capped at $185.
