Fees for non family extras under 8 years or Group booking rates may apply in some instances

• 1) The booking deposit required is equal to one nights fee per site..NOTE a booking fee for Xmas school holidays of 1/4 of the total fee must be paid by 1st October
• 2) The CANCELLATION OF ANY BOOKING WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE FULL DEPOSIT
• 3) It is not the Managers responsibility to ensure site are clear of vehicles, arriving early or late may be an advantage.
• 4) Management reserves the right to refuse sites & to require occupants breaching the conditions of use to vacate the site immediately-No refunds will be made

      Minimum Bookings

       Minimum of two nights on weekends durin the swimming season

       Minimum of three or four nights booking on long holiday weekends

       Minimum of one week durin the Christmas school holidays
